Protection Dogs

Family and personal protection dogs can offer peace of mind and are a valuable tool in day to day life. Numerous studies have shown that homes with dogs experience less theft and vandalism than those without dogs. Burglars tend to avoid homes that have dogs. A true protection dog is trained to a high level and not every dog has the potential to be one. These dogs are very balanced in their temperament and drives. They are social to aloof dogs that are very safe to be around with your friends and family, but can turn onto a threat on command. They are trained and expected to maintain a high level of obedience and trained to travel well with their handler so they can provide protection in public settings without being a risk to the non-threatening general public. These dogs are an investment for your safety and peace of mind. We offer multiple options for our protection dogs including already trained protection dogs, raise and train program, and owner assisted training.

The most common breeds used for our program is Belgian Malinois, Dutch Shepherd, and German Shepherds. Other breeds may include Giant Schnauzer, Doberman, or Beauceron when available.
